On behalf of Lynn and myself, please accept our sincere thanks for all of your help; hand-holding; cajoling and all other actions and activities that you provided that got us from “Point A” back in early July to where we are now, proud condo owners on Maui. It’s rare in this day and age that someone finds the level of customer service that you both provided to us, even going well beyond the norm, and that’s just one of the many reasons that we’re pleased we chose you as our Realtor on Maui. You made the transaction as easy as possible, even considering the 5,000 mile distance (and 6 hour time difference) between us.

Growing up on Maui of course involves the water. His dedication to swimming led to a national backstroke championship in 1967, '68, and '69. He also competed in the medley relay team with Olympian Mark Spitz. Fred was a member of the 1967 Pan American Team and became an NCAA and American record holder . Fred is also an accomplished wind-surfer. He competed internationally, breaking the world speed record in 1983 in Weymouth, England.
After a degree in Economics from Stanford University in 1971, Fred came home to Maui where he began his real estate career in 1973. Fred understands the diversity of the island and its people. This knowledge has helped him become one of the most successful realtors on Maui with a history of exceeding his clients' expectations.
Fred loves Maui and enjoys sharing his enthusiasm. He credits his many achievements as: "plain old perseverance, self-motivation, determination, team leadership and all-out, constantly-on-it hard work."
